Tim’s 1 is more than just a store — it’s a community favorite in Tipton. Known for our warm atmosphere, Amish-grown blooms, unique gifts, and ever-changing seasonal items, we offer something special for every customer. Whether you're decorating your home, looking for a gift, or simply exploring, our doors are open and our hearts are big.
Tim and Anita Richards opened Tim’s 1 in Tipton in 2012, turning Tim’s passion for shopping and community into a thriving 9,000 sq. ft. retail destination. What began as a small seasonal shop now offers everything from garden supplies and home decor to clothing, toys, and Indiana’s largest selection of bulk Jelly Belly jelly beans. Beyond retail, the couple gives generously—donating thousands in school supplies, pumpkins, and event support, while also hosting local events and supporting first responders, schools, and civic groups. They’ve even expanded into online auctions with affordable consignment options. True to their motto, “A little store with a big heart,” Tim and Anita prioritize connection and giving back over profit.

Great place and great people. They are so nice and seem to have a little bit of everything. Their flowers always look so healthy and well cared for and are actually pretty cheap compared to other stores.
